Product: HP Officejet 6958
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 6958 will not shut down by itself. I also get paper jam errors when there are none. I have been working on it for days. Tried all the suggestions. Unplug and restart, updated software twice. uninstall and installed the latest. I'm about ready to throw it out the window, It is only 3 years old. Can someone help me get it back to working?
