HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hallo, my printer is HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter, last few days it was worked properly to print my documents (with USB cable), but my wireless is not working. So that, I follow the instruction by reset the HP printer. And the wireless still not working. But it was still can print. But today, when I was trying to print my documents, these words came to my MacBook Pro:

"Waiting for printer to become available" and then I follow the instruction from this website:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/printer-waiting-for-printer-to-become-available/td-p/6...

and after I follow all instruction from the website, my printer's button cannot turn off anymore. Thanks.

@still451, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you referring to the printer's power button?

Are you able to print from your MAC?

Check for any damage to the power button. Perform a hard reset

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Update the printer firmware
