My printer will not print black despite a new cartridge being installed, cleaning the printhead multiple times and aligning the paper. CCB71333-DDB3-4DC4-A90C-1EDF3BF5EFFF.jpegimage.jpg

Hello,

My only suggestion is to try performing CLEAN PRINTHEAD for 3 times.

On the printer control panel,
1> touch Settings, then
2> touch Tools, then
3> touch Clean Printhead

If issue still persists, its an issue with the Printhead which is a fixed part in this printer. I'd suggest to go for a new printer instead as its beyond repair.
