My Photosmart 7510 ALL-IN-ONE SERIES gives a False paper jam message. I have tried all the solutions, i.e. unplug, re-plug, etc. but this message continues. I cannot print. Furthermore, I cannot change an ink cartridge because with this paper jam message, I can do NOTHING with this printer.

Thanks, Elohi_NR. My "paper jam" issue is solved. This is great!
I am, however, having trouble understanding this website completely. It is NOT user-friendly at all! I just hope that my message got through to you.
