@RajinderVerma Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the Printer HPGT5620 Does not detect A4 size paper
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please perform the hard reset.
-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
To load full-size paper
1. Raise the input tray.
2. Slide the paper-width guide to the left.
3. Insert a stack of paper into the input tray with the short edge down and the print side up, and slide the stack of paper down until it stops.
4. Slide the paper-width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the paper.
5. Pull out the output tray and the tray extender.
Please make sure that paper guides adjusted to the paper.
Please update the firmware.

Thanks! I think I found the answer after some time .... The paper should not to very near the Right Edge of the Printer( while facing the printer). My Printer seems to shake the paper left and right as it takes it in from the tray .... So a loose fit works !!!
Now I need help with cleaning the excess inkflow problem ... How can I clean the excess ink that has dropped off the Printer Heads and seems to have accumulated in the printer and the rollers ... Would just water and a nice Sable brush do the job ???
Many thanks !!
