Are you getting a specific error message?

Are you able to make a copy? 

 

While I await this info, try running the HP Print and Scan Doctor.(PSDr)

 

Please let me know the results of the PSDr.

Thank you , when i search for scan windows says it is not conected. I just downloaded the print doctor
