Product: Envy 5540 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My cartridges are almost full but it doesn't print well. I've cleaned the cartridges 3x and I still don't get the color black in my printout.

Touch the black cartridge printhead to a paper towel, do you see a solid line of ink?
