Had paper jam, have four documents waiting, cannot delete documents waiting.  Directions say to go to HP printers and scanners, although that does not appear on the list under H.

It seems like you're experiencing issues with a paper jam and document queue on your HP Slim Desktop - S01. To resolve this problem, you can follow these steps.

 

Clear the Paper Jam: Before you can address the print queue, you should resolve the paper jam issue. Make sure to follow your printer's manual or the on-screen instructions to clear the jam.

 

Delete Documents in the Print Queue: To delete documents that are stuck in the print queue, follow these steps.

  • Step 1: Press the Windows key + S to open the Windows search bar.
  • Step 2: Type "Devices and Printers" and select it from the search results.
  • Step 3: Find your HP printer in the list and right-click on it.
  • Step 4: Select "See what's printing" from the context menu. This should open the print queue.
  • Step 5: Click on any documents that are listed in the queue.
  • Step 6: Click "Document" in the top menu.
  • Step 7: Select "Cancel" to remove the document(s) from the queue.

 

Reboot Your Computer: After you've cleared the print queue, it's a good idea to reboot your computer and your printer to ensure everything is back to normal.

Check for HP Software: If you still can't find the "HP Printers and Scanners" option, it's possible that the HP software is not correctly installed on your computer. You may need to reinstall or update the HP printer software to access all the features.
