Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

My copy and scan buttons won’t work on the control panel on my HP Envy 6055. I can only print via the HP Smart App. When I go to press the buttons they don’t do anything. Is there a trick for that?

Hi,

Can you see the buttons lit?

 

These are generally off, when you load a page to the top ADF or place it on the Flatbed Glass, then the buttons should become active, lit and response.
