HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

My printer is flashing E/O and "i" whenever plugged in. Cartridges were working fine, are only a couple weeks old and have been cleaned. The printer will print a "test page" when I use the "i" button on the printer itself. This has been going on for weeks. I have followed directions to re-set it, and am out of ideas. Please, anyone else have this issue that could help? THANK YOU!

That is what I read over and over with some other "solutions" which did not work.

The FULL ink cartridges were actually "deactivated" by HP because the instant ink membership was canceled. It took me HOURS to figure this out, and if I had known this, I WOULD HAVE SIGNED UP AGAIN or bought a non hp cartridge instead of wasting SO much time I do not have to waste.

So if anyone else is having "mystery" error issues, consider this could be the case.
