Hi,

I have a new printer that will not print the header part of an AOL email. By header I mean the to and from portion of the email. I can print the headers from other providers ( **bleep**, yahoo, etc.) when i go into print preview in HPSmart it will show only the body of the email highlighted. It looks like the header is outside the print area.

How are you trying to print?

Are you trying to print from any browser?

Did you try to print from a different browser and check if that works?
