Printer is not working all lights are glowing except coured printing one

It sounds like your HP Smart Tank 525 All-In-One Printer might be indicating an issue with the color printing function. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this.

 

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the color ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Low ink levels can sometimes prevent the printer from printing in color.
  • Clean Cartridges: Use the printer's software utility to clean the print cartridges. This can resolve issues related to clogged or dirty print heads.
  • Restart Printer: Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This can sometimes clear temporary errors.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve printer performance.
  • Check Print Settings: Verify that the print settings on your computer are correctly set to print in color and not in grayscale or black and white.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. This option is usually available in the printer's settings menu.

Connected to PC but it is showing no printer is connected so I can't fo anything
