My printer stop printing clearly on black ink. Now when I print, it will have faint printing in certain areas and it is ad hoc never consistently the same area. It helps a little when I remove the ink cartridge and put it back. But also not 100% will help.

 

I am very disappointed with the support. I thought I can speak to someone to just tell me the problem. Calling the 1800 line brings me here and still not resolving my issues. I will not BUY another HP printer if this is the supposedly support I am getting. Very disappointed./

I understand your frustration but it is impossible for any of the volunteers here to help you when you provide few details about your situation and do not even post the model of printer
