Product: HP OfficeJet 3835 All-in-One Printer

My officejet 3835 won't print in colour from my main PC - prints in colour fine from other devices.

I've tried the HP print and scan doctor this hasn't helped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and this hasn't helped.

Hi, I have a laserjet E47528  that does the same thing. The solution I got is to install a basic driver onto the universal driver. The basic driver is installed under advanced settings of the universal driver installed.
