Hi, I am having trouble with my HP Smart software. For some reason on any photos I am trying to print it seems to squash them when I try to print them through the Print Photos function. I have no issues doing this by opening my photo gallery and printing each individual photo, inputting all the settings one-by-one, but I have a lot of photos to print and I don't have the time nor the patience to do it that way. However, printing with HP Smart is causing the preview to show a distorted photo and I tried printing it to see if it was just the preview and it was not. The photos that have NOT been cropped in any way are the photos that are being squashed, and if we crop the photo by only a few pixels, it doesn't do this. I have no idea why this is happening but it's been very frustrating.
