I've gone through every method already listed with resetting, hard resetting, powering off/on, long pressing on the corner and nothing seems to be working. After every attempt, I still see these errors:

I purchased post-warranty service to talk to support, but there's no option to use it. I called and it said the service is not available. HELP... I, too, spent a ton of money on new toner and now my printer is inoperable. Thanks.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to these errors. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have already performed an NVRAM reset and the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. 

For more info on these errors, kindly refer to this document.

 

If you have the warranty, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
