My printer ask me for printer password

Hi guys my name is Roberto I really need a big help… I try to connect the my Deskjet HP 3630 printer to the

app hp smart but after I put the Wi-Fi password the app ask me for the printer password and I be onest I don’t know what to do… I try to put the PIN number code when they ask me to put tue printer password put not working and I don’t know the password of this printer.

anyone can help me out please I really need my printer connect asap. Many thanks in advances

Thanks for your reply but is not what I looking for really I do have the Wi-Fi password but I do not have a Hp printer password the app ask me for this password I think I need to reset the printer as default but I can’t find the botton for reset.  I’m going creazy because I need the printer and I’m really

You did follow instructions from the video print wireless page and entered the wireless direct password from the printed sheet and didn't work?

tba já again for your reply but as I mension to you is not the Wi-Fi password I need… the App Hp smart when I try to installing my printer with the Wi-Fi the app ask me for the HP printer password not the Wi-Fi password and beliveme I’m going crazy to find out how can I find this password. I print everything from the printer also a PIN code but not working I can’t connect my printer to the Ho smart app if I don’t get this password.

Look at this is in Italian but easy to understand .

basic in the first picture they ask me to enter the password of my router Wi-Fi that’s fine this I do have with me and they accept this. But on the second picture I send you now they ask me for a printer password I never had one please help me out with this. Thanks.

 

 here were they say please enter the printer password to continue the set up.

When the printer is powered ON and ready press the cancel and wireless buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds and try again to setup with HP Smart.
