My printer has a “service station stalled” message

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5000 series

The other day I was printing a large quantity and there was a paper jam, which I fixed. My instant ink cartridges then stopped working, and I restarted the printer, but it was taking like 2 hours, so I unplugged it. When I finally was able to get it started again, it gave me message “service station stalled” and I pressed the “ok” button to try and resolve the issue, but the same message keeps coming up.
