Hi@Arashbna,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Laser Jet Printer is in a constant state of initializing.

I have a few recommendations

  • If you encounter your HP Printer stuck on initializing, perform a hard reset, bypass the initializing phase, and power drain the printer motherboard. If the issue persists, cold reset the printer to restore factory default settings and update the firmware.
  • It is typically caused by communication issues between Stamps.com and your printer. To solve this problem, do the following: First, attempt to print a sample of your postage and confirm that the correct printer is being used.
  • If the printer is stuck on initialization, we have to perform a reset on the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
