Hi @SamG7141,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the printing and copying problems.

  • Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the new ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Some printers may not print if the ink levels are critically low.
  • Run Print Head Cleaning: Print head clogs can lead to poor print quality or no printing at all. Most printers have a built-in utility to clean the print heads. You can usually find this option in the printer's settings menu.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Sometimes, a paper jam or a small piece of debris inside the printer can cause issues. Open the printer and carefully inspect the paper path for any obstructions.
  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This can sometimes reset the printer and resolve minor glitches.
  • Update or Reinstall Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can usually download them from the official HP website. If you suspect driver issues, you might also want to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer drivers.
  • Check Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you're using wireless printing, make sure the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Perform a Factory Reset: As a last resort, you could perform a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings to their default values, so you'll need to reconfigure the printer afterward.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
