My printer is not printing properly or at all. I am trying to print out letters, and half of them never print. Every 20 minutes or so one will start printing. It has great connectivity. 

I tried the "diagnose and fix" tab, and it says Print jobs in queue issue fixed. Then it gives me an option to do a test print, which also will not print anything out.

There aren't any error messages on anything either. This is frustrating.

I see that the printer is experiencing print quality issues, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink for the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One ... to isolate and resolve the issue.
