Ok so I haven't used my printer in FOREVER... and when I plugged it in to use, all I've been getting is nothing but error issues. However, if I remember right the reason I quit using it was because even after I put brand new ink cartridges in, I still wasn't able to get it to print, and it pissed me off. Now all I'm trying to so is Scan some old pictures that my Aunt's want of the family into my computer so I can distribute them, and all I am getting is something about the "printer wasn't turned off correctly and I need to turn it off and back on"... So I have done that REPEATEDLY... I also get an error message saying I have some kind of printer failure... Of course I cannot talk to an actual human from HP support so I've been trying to use the SMART APP and the Virtual Assistant... And yet here I sit typing all this crap out!! Could someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT????
