I changed the color cartridges. Tried to allign and it would not scan.  It only prints the color yellow.  I ran the test and it only printed yellow.  /the supplies show that all three cartridges are vull

Have you tried to update the printer firmware?

Did you try to clean the ink cartridge contacts on the printer?

What is the product number of the printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
