When clicking on Print in word perfect, document shows up blank

May I know the operating system Windows or Mac OS?

 

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink in the cartridges. Low ink levels can result in blank pages. You can usually check ink levels through the printer's software on your computer or through the printer's control panel.
  • Run Printer Diagnostics: Many printers, including HP Deskjet models, have built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify and resolve printing issues. Check your printer's user manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to run diagnostics.
  • Clean Printer Heads: Over time, printer heads can become clogged or dirty, leading to poor print quality or blank pages. Most printers have a built-in utility to clean the printheads. Refer to your printer's manual or online documentation for instructions on how to clean the printheads.
  • Check Printer Settings: Make sure that your printer settings are configured correctly. In WordPerfect, check the print settings to ensure that the correct printer is selected and that the settings match your preferences (e.g., color vs. black and white, paper size, etc.).
