HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

My printer has been acting weird lately. Me and my daughter have tried to print out papers through our computers but it's not connecting to the printer at all from them, and only works when we print out from our phones. Recently, my printer has also began to print random papers with even more random symbols such as hearts, smileys, spades and more. We also got some papers written with strange information such as;

"Host: 31.208.48.239:9100 [which is NOT my IP-adress]

Upgrade-Insecure-Requests: 1

Accept: text/html.application/xhtml+xml.application/xml;q=0.9

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 16_1 like Mac OS X)   [I don't use Mozilla, I use Chrome!!!]

Accept-Language: sv-SE,sv;q=0.9

Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate

Connection: keep-alive"

When my daughter tried to search on the IP we found out it's pretty local to us, but in a different part of the city, meaning it's neither us nor the rest of the close family (husband and sons). We don't use Mozilla at all (as I typed, I use Google Chrome and my daughter and the rest of the family uses Microsoft Edge). We have no idea what all this means and we're worried our printer, or even phones, router system or computers might be hacked. Is this something we need to be worried about or is it just a fault with the printer itself?

We also apologize if the category is wrong, but we couldn't find anything else to put into the category box that would somewhat be related to our problem.

Thankful for any help we can get on this matter,

Eva Ek
