Hi @JimmyRivera
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your printer is showing three orange lights and won't turn on, it typically indicates a specific error or issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
1. Power Cycle the Printer
- Unplug the Printer: Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait: Leave it unplugged for about 1-2 minutes.
- Reconnect and Power On: Plug the printer back in and try turning it on again.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or foreign objects that might be causing the issue. Clear any jams you find.
3. Inspect the Cartridges
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly. If necessary, remove and reinsert them.
4. Check Connections
- Make sure that all cables (USB, power, etc.) are securely connected and not damaged.
5. Reset the Printer
- If the printer has a reset button or procedure, follow those instructions. For many HP printers, you can often do a factory reset via the control panel.
6. Consult the User Manual
- Refer to your printer's manual for specific guidance on the meaning of three orange lights. Different models may have different indicators.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
