I have the Officejet 4630 and all of a sudden when I turn it on it won't go off of the "Now printing alignment page". I press cancel, I press ok, nothing happens.
I can still print but I cannot use any other feature because this screen is frozen on this

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
Refer this HP document for the steps to update the firmware:- Click here
Align the printer
-
Load plain white paper in the paper tray.
-
On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow
to select Tools, and then press OK.
-
Press the Down Arrow to select Align Printer, and then press OK. The printer prints a test page, and then prompts you to scan the page.
Let me know how it goes.

I have tried all 3 solutions you sent me and the printer will still not copy or print alignment page or let me scan a pdf file.
I can only print and when I do print I have to say "skip alignment" when that prompt comes up or it will just sit there.
