HP Officejet 4630 was stuck on printing the alignment page.  I was able to troubleshoot using other questions and answers & finally got the ink cartridge to move so I could remove the new HP cartridges I had just loaded before these errors occurred. I looked at them and re-installed them and it printed a new alignment page.  I put the new page in to be scanned, and it is now stuck on scanning the alignment page.  I have tried cancelling the job and now it's stuck on that request!

I thought everyone was kidding about dropping the HP4500 printer to get it to move past (scanning alignment page). I had tried everything else so, I lifted the printer up about a foot from the desk, dropped it and it works great. Thank You!!
