Product: HP ENVY 4504 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turn on my printer and it is stuck with this error code: OXC4EB827F HW_M1CCI2 C

After pressing start the start button flashes and it progresses to the error code. Nothing else happens. Pressing and holding the start button has no effect. No other buttons will take me out of the error code.

 

The only thing that works about 1% of the time is to leave it unplugged. I need a long term fix please
