Welcome to the HP User Community.
The "Fax" is perhaps the selected printing device in the software / application you are using.
The available list of devices is (for example) perhaps shown in a drop-down menu in the application.
If "Fax" is selected, the printer won't know you want to Print the content.

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic
