HP ENVY Pro 6400 All-In-One

I bought this printer from a prior owner. It will print "Printer Information Page", successfully prints the printer test page, and will successfully print very few files, e.g. a certain PDF file, but not other PDF files, and no Word or Pages documents. Instead, it "prints" blank pages corresponding in number to the number of pages related to the document.

I have reset all printer settings on my MacBook Pro OS 12.6, including removing all printers and reinstalling the HP printer. I have turned off and restarted, unplugged, etc, the printer multiple times. There is sufficient ink in the cartridges, though the black is low, it is still printing the "Information Page".

The prior owner's Instant Ink, if he ever used it, is cancelled. HP Smart reports that New HP Cartridges are successfully installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
