Tried Open Office & Wordpad same results & power cycled printer.

Tried copying a page& printing info from control panel got similar results.  Re-seated ink cartridge & every other line now partially prints.  Removed print cartridge & took pencil eraser to contacts. Re installed & all appears to be OK.
