My printern is new,i got him last year and barely used it. It worked fine lately until yesterday when I couldn't print from my laptop (i tried a couple of times), even though the HP app said my printer was connected. After I deleted it, I added the printer agin and it worked. Minutes later, it prints a blank page randomly. Then again. AND again, even though I cancelled any on going prints (the app said there weren't any). So my printer printed alone 13 blank pages on random times during the day! I unplugged it. What do I do with it?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your HP printer prints random white pages. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent Software or Windows update?
  • Did you run HP print and scan doctor and check again?

Let's try these steps now:

If it continues, then uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers at the root level by following these steps:

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers.
  • Restart the PC again.

Then download the latest full feature driver from https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-ink-tank-wireless-410-series/16180953/model/1618...  And install it on the computer after selecting the correct operating system. This should fix it for you.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
