HP Office Jet 8715 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Office Jet 8715 All-In-One Printer was printing a large job. It requested that the printer be shutdown & restarted after about 60 pages of printing. However, after shutting the printer down it would not restart. Is there some reset that I cannot find to get it to restart. Nothing happens when I try to restart it. I hope it has not failed. I just bought a lot of ink cartridges.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
