My printer says load paper everytime i try to print photo and it doesnt recognizes photo tray

H, im trying to print photos througj my hp envy 7858. Unfortunately, my printer doesn't print any photos i tried several times through different phones, laptops and also through hp app. Result is same it says load photo paper 4X6 which i already did. It still says the same thing again and again. I spend hours trying to solve. Issue persists please help.
