My tango X printer has been stuck in either a busy mode or something a couple of days ago the region

I believe my tango X printer is stuck in busy mode every time I try to print it shows up busy. I know one at one point the other night I pushed the buttons like over and over and over again, so I probably done this on my own that same night at some point, the region change because everything I was reading about The printer was coming up in a Middle Eastern font and so I changed it back and but since that it’s not been printing, and the information button is blinking and there’s a long white light bar at the bottom where the paper tray is and I don’t know what to do. I’m thinking that if I Give delete the device or whatever however you set it back to factory mode, it would almost be like I just got it and then reset it up as if I just bought it but I really don’t know and I remember setting it up. It was really easy but now I’m confused and I’ve been looking into this for like three days now and I can’t wait much longer. I’ve got to print Any real definite suggestions or step-by-step. I’m not computer savvy but step-by-step. I’m good anyway I went to Apple website and it offered a download for what would be the equivalent of Windows and I think it’s like lion or something or something like that I don’t know and then download that and it’s sitting the download is sitting on my iPad, but I really don’t know what to do with that. I don’t know how to install that. I don’t know how I’m sure that other people know so I don’t know what to do with that either I know my question here is convoluted and long. I’m voice texting it. That’s a problem too Please reply
