Hi there,

back when my printer was under warranty it stopped printing black ink, I tried everything under the sun to fix it and even sent in an email requesting help but OF COURSE there was zero support that actually worked. It kept taking me around and around asking my serial number. I’ve aligned I’ve cleaned, I’ve reset but NOTHING works. I finally Took a few weeks off to mentally reset from this issue and of course now my product is OUT OF WARRANTY!!!!! I bought It a year ago!!!! This is BS! Why is talking to a human so freaking hard?? I will NEVER buy an HP printer ever again!
