Product: HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One

Hi,

I set up my new 7305 and it worked well,

went to sleep, tried to wake up, On/Off button does not wake it, WiFi button does but shows E9 ERROR.

The E9 error indicates that a firmware or printer update error has occurred.

Here’s what you can try to resolve it:

  1. Turn the printer off, and then on again.
  2. If the issue persists, download the latest printer firmware.
    • You might need a USB cable to temporarily connect the printer to your computer.
