Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer is printing diagnostic sheets perfectly but not printing your personal documents, there might be a few underlying issues that you can troubleshoot:

  1. Check Printer Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Verify both physical connections (USB cable) and network connections (Wi-Fi). Ensure that the wireless network is stable.

  2. Verify Printer Settings: Check the printer settings on your computer. Make sure the correct printer is selected and the settings match the document you are trying to print. Verify paper size, type, orientation, and print quality settings.

  3. Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the HP website and download the newest drivers for your printer model.

  4. Check for Paper Jams: Confirm that there are no paper jams or other obstructions in the printer.

  5. Verify Ink Levels: Use the Ink Supplies dashboard on the printer to check the estimated ink levels. Insufficient ink might cause documents not to print properly.

  6. Print a Test Page: Try printing a test page from the printer's menu. If the test page prints correctly, it might be an issue with specific document settings or software.

  7. Reinstall Printer Software: If you're still having issues, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software on your computer.

  8. Check for Errors: Look at the printer's display for any error messages that may indicate a specific issue.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
