Hello, I am having the same issue.... I think reaching out privately doesn't help the rest of us who may have the same issue. Can you please post how to fix this problem. My HP photosmart C4795 decided out of the blue to be "offline" despite it being connected via wirelessly with my router. I have had no problems printing up to the other day I tried everything from unplugging it to disconnecting and reconnecting to updating drivers to uninstall and reinstall.. the wireless radio blue light is on I've disabled it and reabled it... I restore default settings still to no avail. I need this dang thing to work I just bought 50 dollar printer ink refills and now it won't do anything! I can only print a test page IF the printer is connected via USB cable. I can print from the screen on the printer but I can't print wirelessly or anything else. I have been trying to figure out how to totally uninstall everything, restore the printer back to factory settings apparently "restore default settings" in the printer menu doesn't do anything. I just want this to work. Please help me asap. Thanks.

@MuzikGurl I understand your concern and the best way to resolve this issue is to start with running a full scan using the HP Print and Scan doctor: Click here to download (Windows only)
If the issue persists, follow the below steps to assign a static IP and make changes to the TCP/IP to fix the issue:
· Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
· Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
· Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
· Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
· Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
· Click on the radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
Create TCP/IP Port:
1. Search Windows for devices, and then select "Devices and Printers" In the list of results.
2. Right-Click the name of your printer, and then select Printer Properties.
3. Click the Ports tab, click on "Add port" select "Standard TCP/IP Port" and click "New Port"
4. Click next on the Add Standard TCP/IP printer port wizard, enter the printer IP address and click next and then click on "OK".
5. Now under the "Ports" tab you will find the Newport with the printer IP address, click "Apply" and "OK".
6. Restart the computer.
