HP Photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm signed up for the HP Rewards Program. When I tried to access it, I was told that it was was being redesigned and would be operational in October 2018. The person I talked with said that she had re-registered me. When I tried to log on after the effective date, I received a message that my printer's drivers needed to be updated (it's an HP Photosmart 7520). I updated the drivers and ever since I have been unable to access HP Rewards. Several full printer installs later did not fix the problem. Additionally, I began getting messages from the printer that my cartridges were damaged or missing. I have since replaced three full sets of expanded cartridges that never printed a page. I still have the cartridges and can send them to HP if needed. I know that I have a significant number of points and want to know how to access them. I also think HP should replace the unused cartridges.  I have since re-installed the printer (fourth time) and it started printing again. I still get the pop-up about HP Rewards and still get the error message that it cannot connect to HP and that if I closed the window, the rewards would not be saved and I would lose them. Can anyone help? I'd love to be able to talk with someone at HP to help troubleshoot this issue.
