HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

A service order was created on 6/20/25 to replace my printer which is on an extended warranty that does not expire until 11/25/25 the CSO is BXDV0425-01 and when I call it up I get the following information "Awaiting customer action available once product is received by HP" I need to have my existing printer replaced due to its problems with printing multiple copies correctly and printing only a partial page from PDF's. I  contacted HP on 6/25/25 regarding this and received notification that case number 5144909441 had been created and that my request for a replacement printer would be made a priority. However nothing has changed with regard to the CSO status. It seems that HP expects me to ship them the current printer before they will send me a replacement however my extended warranty it a Next Business Day Advance Exchange.
