I need ink shipped to my house. I thought I was supposed to be getting them. What’s going on?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there's a recent cartridge shipment. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

You will only get cartridges when your printer tells us you need them. HP Instant Ink cartridges are extra high capacity, and they contain months-worth of ink depending on your usage. HP will send replacement cartridges before you run out of ink. When your enrolled printer is connected to the Internet, HP will know when to send ink before you run low. Cartridges are sent using standard shipping, so they might take up to 10 days to arrive, however, HP will take shipping time and regular ink usage into account when it ships your replacement cartridges.

If you need ink because of heavy usage prior to HP's ink shipment, you can revert to buying your own ink. The copies made DO NOT count towards your monthly count. Just buy a good ink from a reputable source. Also, look at changing your monthly plan (even if only for 2 months) if you are getting charged for extra copies because of heavy unplanned usage. You will need to determine if that will save you money.
