I purchased an HP 67XL Black Ink cartridge from Amazon for $28. I always keep a back up cartridge for when my printer ink runs out. The Expiry date is May 2025. I have had it for a few months and needed to use it last night. I went through all the required trouble shooting methods and it does not work no matter what I do. I can no longer send it back to Amazon as it's passed the window for return and I opened it. Anyway, I am just wondering if I have any recourse to return or exchange this cartridge? I would really like to find an answer. I know my printer was working because the previous cartridges worked fine. I just swopped it out for the one I have as a back up. I had to put the old one back in even though it was low on ink. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
