Product: HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w

Hello, I am hoping to get some help, since Google / HP support do not know this issue.

I've got Neverstop 1200w laser printer (1 year and 1 month old) and all of a sudden I got an error message Er/36. Restarting, removing the drum and so on didn't help.

Does anybody know what this error means? I've read that it might be related to the drum.

The printer is in an error state. This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
