Neverstop 1202nw

My 4 months hold Neverstop printer keeps reporting 27 - Toner level error. Shake imaging drum. I shaked  the toner many times but 'm not able to find a way to reset, or reload the toner, any idea how to reset the printer and get it back to normal?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting error 27 on your printer, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Let me know how it goes.

The suggestions didn't fix my issue. I also talked to the support team and nothing help.

Turns out the printer "thought" it has more toner than actual so it keeps complaining level mismatch. But the printer doesn't let me add any toner coz it think it's full. I took the drum out and somehow found that there's a "button" at the bottom of refill area where you can push, and that allows me to manually add more toner to printer. After adding the toner, the printer is back online and able to print. Hope this help anyone else run into the same issue.
