Setting up brand new HP ENVY Inspire 7255e printer.  Cartridges have tape removed and are installed correctly but error occurs not recognizing the cartridges   Printer has been unplugged and restarted 3 times.  Cartridges removed and reinserted after reboot - same error

I'd like to help!

 

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to resolve the issue.

Select Setup on your printer display.

Select Tools.

Select Restore Defaults.

Select Yes.

Try updating Firmware
