I purchased new 934XL Black cartridges from the HP Online store, installed one and printed a couple pages, came out BLANK not a trace of ink.  Pulled cartridge to check contacts and obstructions, nothing seen and reinstalled the cartridge.  Then I got a message that it is a USED cartridge and to buy a new one !!  Now so frustrated with the HP website after searching it for an hour trying to find a phone number or live help to resolve this issue.  .Plus tried using set-up cartridge to keep going until new XL cartridge arrived and printer would not let me use that cartridge, so I was down 3 days waiting for the "New" cartridge that turned out to be JUNK !! Seriously considering changing brands after 30 years because my printer is down and I use it a lot.

@StCDon I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
