Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi! I bought my printer in the Middle East. I ran out of cartridge, so I bought HP61 ink cartridges (which according to HP is compatible to my printer). However, my printer is not accepting it. I've been trying to turn off the cartridge protection option but I can't find it in any of the settings. Please help!
