I replaced my ink cartridges. It still says that it needs to be replaced when I put the new ones in. I have tried all of the troubleshooting techniques available here such as restarting, cleaning the cartridge, etc. and the printer still says it needs to be replaced and won't let me print. When I have the new color cartridge in there and the old black cartridge, it works. When I put the new black cartridge in, the error message to replace pops up. This leads me to believe there is something wrong with the new black cartridge I received. How can I go about making it work to print with no error sign with the new black cartridge?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink services?
As the old ink cartridges are functioning correctly. It certainly sounds like an ink cartridge issue with the printer.
If you have enrolled in instant ink services, please share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.
